The room was big, cozy, and warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even lent us an iron and an ironing board when we needed it.

The staff were quick, but the ladies' toilets definitely needed a clean-up 🥴. Breakfast was tasty though, glad I had that!

I enjoyed a well-stocked amenities tray featuring coffee, tea, and biscuits. the cleanliness of the ladies' restroom could improve as it was quite messy during a busy event night.

Had a lovely 4-night stay in a Budget Double Room where the breakfast was cooked to perfection and totally worth it. I really enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor garden area and catching up on my favorite shows in the cozy lounge. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

The room, while tidy, had a few maintenance issues like a blocked sink and an inoperative TV that were not promptly addressed. external noise from the street can keep you awake if you’re sensitive to sound, as the windows didn’t block it effectively.
